The duet investigates the dynamics of power and performance through contemporary movement, heels choreography, spoken text, and costume changes. Inspired by the nourishment provided by bread, community, and performance itself, SHIFT creates a world where one can transform through identity, status, memory, vulnerability, theatrical presentation, and banal routine with curiosity and ease.
