A 4-week waacking progressive led by Alyssa Favero on Tuesdays in January.

Classes are geared towards individuals who have taken previous progressives, are self taught and/or consider themselves a waacker. The focus will be on cultivating/nurturing your own style, musicality and a full-bodied approach

Accessibility Notes:

  • Studio on the second floor up a flight of stairs

  • Wheelchair accessible entrance through the back (please note in registration form if this is needed)

  • Single stall gender-inclusive washroom (not big enough for larger style wheelchairs to turn around while door is open)

  • Loud music will likely be played

  • Wearing masks is welcomed

  • We will have an access check in circle at the beginning of the day sharing names, pronouns, and if there anything else we need to know to dance with you today
